Around 1930: Established as private company of Mr.Jinjiro Takai

1964

Takai Seifunzyo Ltd was established.

1974

Factory was moved to 7 chome Imamachi.

1985

Head office building was built.

1991

Moved to 8 Imamachi Industrial area and renewed factory

Company name changed to Takai foods Ltd.

Installed Roll mill (Full automatic)

Installed Jet mill (Full automatic)

Installed Sorter facilities

Reinforced water treatment system and installed Fluidized bed dryers

Reinforced Roll mill and Pneumatic conveying dryer

Installed rice starch production line and new saccharification system.

Established Hydro Powtech Japan Co., Ltd. with Sanwa Starch Co., Ltd.
Winning the award 35th Japan Minister of Agriculture　Forestry and Fisheries as Food industries excellent company.

2015

Winning the excellent award of “Food action Nippon 2015” as “New technologies and development category” together with Hydro Powtech Japan Co.,Ltd.
